All of our products are made to order and include personalization.

Your order will be produced exactly as entered at checkout.
Because each item is custom embroidered, minor variations may occur as part of the handmade process.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

All items are embroidered to order. Processing times vary by product but may be affected due to peak season or higher order volumes.
Processing time refers to the time required to produce your item and does not include shipping transit time.
7. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary based on destination and carrier service.
Once an order has been shipped, Dream Girl is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

All content on this website (including product designs, images, graphics, logos, and written content) is the property of Dream Girl and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.
10. Licensing & Custom Requests
We cannot create designs that include copyrighted or trademarked names, logos, characters, or artwork that we do not have permission to reproduce.
