Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier selected at checkout.

All Dream Girl pieces can be personalized with names, dates, locations, color, and/or font.

Customization options vary by product. Details can be found on each product page and within the product photos.

Please enter your personalization exactly as you would like it embroidered. This will be stitched exactly as submitted, including capitalization and spelling.

We love bringing custom ideas to life! However, we cannot create designs that include copyrighted or trademarked names or phrases that we do not have permission to reproduce.

Requests that violate licensing or intellectual property laws may be declined. If we are unable to fulfill a personalization request for this reason, we will contact you to adjust the design or cancel the order.

Sounds like a party! For order quantities of 10 pieces per item, please fill out a bulk order inquiry form and we will get back to you ASAP.

Because each item is embroidered and assembled individually, slight variations in stitching, placement, and color may occur.

These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our product.

As each product is custom made to order, these are not eligible for returns or refunds.
